Ukrainian healthtech startup Liki24 has raised $9 million in Series A funding to accelerate its European expansion and enhance its AI-driven logistics platform. The round brings the company’s total capital raised to over $16 million.

Founded in 2017 by Anton Avrynskyi, Dmytro Liatambur, Serhii Fadieiev, Sergii Kliebanov, and Volodymyr Zubenko, Liki24 operates a cross-border health and wellness marketplace that aggregates offers from more than 13,000 sellers and 50 global health brands. The platform features over 200,000 products—including medicines, supplements, personal care items, and medical devices—and allows users to compare prices and delivery options across local and international sources.

“The idea for Liki24 came to me in the U.S., when I ran into the exact same problems I had faced back home in Ukraine,” said Anton Avrynskyi, CEO and co-founder of Liki24. “The system was broken everywhere—prices for identical health products varied wildly, and the products I needed were often out of stock. That’s when I realized it wasn’t just a local issue.”

Liki24’s AI-powered logistics system consolidates orders from multiple sellers and countries into a single shipment, with free delivery available in many cases. The platform’s smart routing technology helps users save up to 50% on product costs and supports a growing network of 27,000 pickup points.

The company currently operates in 10 countries: Ukraine, Romania, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and most recently, the United Kingdom. European operations now account for 60% of Liki24’s total revenue, following a year in which the company doubled its EU growth. Its website and mobile apps attract more than 3 million monthly visits and serve over 2.5 million users.

Liki24 gained momentum during the COVID-19 pandemic, when it became a critical delivery channel for vulnerable populations in Ukraine through partnerships offering free medicine delivery during lockdowns.

Investors in the Series A round include u.ventures, TA Ventures, iClub, SID Venture Partners, MA7 Ventures, N1 Ventures, Dnipro VC, and angel investor Anton Borzov, Partner at STRATMINDS and WhatsApp’s first product designer.

The company works directly with health brands and manufacturers to run targeted promotional campaigns and improve distribution across fragmented markets. Liki24 faces competition from established players like DocMorris and Shop Apotheke, but its cross-border delivery model and AI-enabled logistics give it a distinct edge. Recent regulatory support for digital health services across Europe has also created new momentum for platforms operating across borders.

Liki24 plans to use the new capital to enter additional European markets, grow its product assortment, improve the customer experience, and further scale its logistics and seller network.
