Teletactica Raises $1.5M to Scale Frontline Comms and Expand Across Europe
Built during wartime and tested under fire, Teletactica’s low-power, jamming-resistant gear is already used by Ukrainian forces — and now it’s scaling fast.

Teletactica, a Ukrainian-Estonian defense tech startup developing jamming-resistant communications systems, has raised $1.5 million in seed funding to scale production, support frontline deployment, and accelerate its expansion into Europe.
The round was led by MITS Capital, with participation from Green Flag Ventures. Both investors are active in Ukraine’s defense innovation ecosystem and credited Teletactica’s progress with transforming prototype hardware into lifesaving battlefield infrastructure.
“We haven’t been very public over the last few years, but we are proud to unveil a milestone that marks the beginning of our next chapter — where technology that’s already proven in the field is now set to scale widely,” said co-founder and CEO Yevhen Zhebko.
Teletactica builds rugged, low-power communications hardware designed for hostile environments marked by electronic warfare (EW), GPS denial, and radio jamming. Its solutions include modular video and telemetry modems and antenna systems tailored for drones, unmanned vehicles, and other small mobile platforms.
According to the company, the hardware is already in use across Ukraine’s military and security services. The startup is a graduate of the MITS Acceleration Program and a resident of Brave1 — Ukraine’s state-backed defense tech cluster.
MITS Capital, which led the round, described Teletactica as one of its most promising portfolio companies. “We are proud to continue supporting Teletactica’s growth as they help define the future of battlefield communications,” said Perry Boyle, CEO and Founding Partner. He added that the team had successfully transitioned “from ambitious prototypes to scaling real hardware that’s already saving equipment and lives on the frontlines.”
Green Flag Ventures, a U.S.-Ukraine venture firm focused on dual-use technologies, co-invested in the round. “It’s been inspiring to watch co-founders Yevhen Zhebko and Anton Hetman evolve bold prototypes into a frontline lifeline — scalable, secure links under relentless EW fire,” said the firm. It praised the team’s technical depth and frontline awareness, calling Teletactica’s jamming-proof systems “tech that tips the balance.”
With this funding, the company plans to ramp up production of onboard communications kits — targeting 1,000 units per month by the end of 2025 — and pursue international certification, IP registration, and pilot deployments in allied markets. Teletactica is also allocating resources to R&D and team expansion, with a focus on adapting its gear to NATO interoperability standards.
“We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the partners who believe in us and share our vision — MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures — for your trust, support, and hands-on involvement that empower us to scale and make a real impact,” Zhebko added.
As Ukraine continues to build a wartime innovation economy, Teletactica’s latest milestone reflects a broader evolution: defense startups that were forged under fire are now poised to become key players in global security supply chains.
